SIGN POLICY
Upon final layout approval All signs are "as is" upon delivery or pickup. Outdoor signs and decaling are not guaranteed due to the Cariboo climate.
MATERIAL
We use Vinyl Cut letters/designs, or digital printed images/photos to create signs on Coroplast or Alumicore boards. We can also create Screen Printed signs. Click for details...

SIGN OPTIONS

Vinyl Cut letters/designs is our most common method of creating signs and the letters are available to those who want to place their own lettering.

Reflective: the signboard and/or the lettering can be reflective material.

Digital Print Images: ability to print digital photos for signs.

Screen Printed and Vinyl lettering is used depending on the sign and layout.

Screen Print: Special inks available on request such as, reflective, metallic/shimmer, and fluorescent. Screen print 'Set-up Fee' is: $25 per location / per colour.

The board material that Backroad Signs uses are
Coroplast alumicore_board and Alumicore.alumicore_board

Coroplast: has a temporary life span – however if mounted correctly will last longer. It is a hard corrugated plastic board.
Alumicore: has a minimum life span of 10 years. Alumicore is a 3 mm coroplast board sandwiched between thin sheets of aluminum. It is 3 times a light as wood and 10 times more durable.

We also make banners and magnetic signs but they need to be pre-ordered.

ORDERS

 

Accepted Payment: C.O.D on all orders. Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash and check are all accepted and payment is due upon delivery and/or pick-up. A $35 returned check fee will apply.

Most orders could be completed within 7 business days (upon approval of artwork/design) - due to uncontrollable circumstances SOME orders may take longer. We strongly suggest customers should expect a minimum of two weeks PLUS shipping time to avoid disappointment. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional 20% cost.

DESIGN

ARTWORK/LOGO DESIGN: Submitting your own electronic artwork - no fee. Submitting a photograph/hand drawn image/photocopy etc., a small 'set-up' fee will apply, depending on the amount of time our design team spends on creating an image that will work for production.

YOUR DESIGN: a minimum of 300 dpi is required in your image in order for us to be able to use it correctly
