Accepted Payment: C.O.D on all orders. Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash and check are all accepted and payment is due upon delivery and/or pick-up. A $35 returned check fee will apply.

Most orders could be completed within 7 business days (upon approval of artwork/design) - due to uncontrollable circumstances SOME orders may take longer. We strongly suggest customers should expect a minimum of two weeks PLUS shipping time to avoid disappointment. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional 20% cost.

ARTWORK/LOGO DESIGN: Submitting your own electronic artwork - no fee. Submitting a photograph/hand drawn image/photocopy etc., a small 'set-up' fee will apply, depending on the amount of time our design team spends on creating an image that will work for production.

COPYRIGHT: All artwork that is to be produced, fixed and/or altered by Backroad Signs then belongs to and is exclusive to Backroad Signs. Backroad Signs is entitled to all rights. Proof of ‘ownership’ of artwork will be requested before any or all alterations are performed.

YOUR DESIGN: a minimum of 300 pdi is required in your image in order for us to be able to use it correctly
